2004 NJCL Convention

1550 JCL students and sponsors, SCL'ers, and chaperones from 34 states, the District of Columbia, and the Canadian province of Ontario convened at the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, from July 26th through July 31st to attend NJCL's 51st annual convention.
