SPECIAL NOTICE:  BRING YOUR COINS!

This year's NJCL Officers would like to invite all of you to participate in the NJCL Coin War, a special project that will ultimately benefit a charity chosen by the delegates at this year's NJCL Convention.  Please read the Coin War Intro Letter for more information about the project and the List of Charities from which we will choose our recipient.

A MESSAGE FROM THE NJCL PRESIDENT TO THE SPONSORS ATTENDING CONVENTION THIS YEAR

I am looking for gregarious, expressive, and exceptional students to share their experiences and accomplishments with younger JCLers, especially first-time Convention attendees, at a colloquium I will be hosting at the upcoming NJCL Convention. If a student member of your delegation to the
National Convention fits this description, please contact me at president@njcl.org with his/her name, ideally his/her contact information, and a short list of his/her major accomplishments. I'm looking for students who have placed or can place very highly in convention tests or competitions, or exemplify exceptional service to the JCL, whether in leadership or volunteerism.

For those attending the NJCL Convention this summer, there will be an exciting exhibition at the De Young Art Museum in San Francisco:  Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs.  For more information, please click HERE.

REGISTRATION FOR 2009 NJCL CONVENTION

WHEN:  Sunday, July 26th and Monday, July 27

WHERE:  Segundo Area Conference Housing Desk Building:  Regan Main

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Directions From Sacramento to Parking Lot 25:

Take I-80 West to Highway 113 North exit towards Woodland.  Exit on Russell Boulevard and turn right on Russell Boulevard.  Make a right on La Rue Road.  Make a left turn into Lot 25.

Directions from San Francisco to the North Entry Parking Structure:

Take I-80 East towards Sacramento to Highway 113 North towards Woodland.  Exit on Russell Boulevard and turn right on Russell Boulevard.  Make a right on La Rue Road.  Make a left turn into Lot 25.

Once in Lot 25, continue straight ahead until road dead ends.  Follow signs for NJCL Registration in Regan Main.

Parking is $6 per vehicle per day.  Permits may be purchased at any lot that is designated "VP".  All permit kiosks accept cash, VISA, and MasterCard.  Parking passes needed Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM.
